Red Carpet Auto Care Subscription Package Terms and Conditions

 

Subscription Plans

  • 6-Month Package: Customers are entitled to receive each listed service once during the six-month subscription period.
  • Annual Package: Customers are entitled to receive each listed service twice during the twelve-month subscription period.

Vehicle Eligibility

  • The subscription package is valid for one vehicle model per customer.
  • Customers must specify the vehicle model when purchasing the subscription.
  • If a customer wishes to service additional vehicles, a separate subscription package must be purchased for each vehicle.

 Service Usage

  • Services included in the subscription must be used within the subscription period. Unused services will not carry over to the next period or be refunded.
  • Customers can schedule services at their convenience within the subscription period, subject to availability.

 Non-Transferability

  • The subscription package is non-transferable and cannot be shared with other customers or used for vehicles not specified at the time of purchase.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations are only allowed after 90 days from the purchase date. The subscription cannot be canceled within the first three months.
  • This policy applies to both the 6-month and annual packages, including those purchased through the Pay Upfront option.
  • Cancellations after 90 days will not result in a refund for the unused portion of the subscription.

Modifications to Terms

  • Red Carpet Auto Care reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via Mobile App or email or through our website.
